Real Men Sing
On Saturday, October 4th, Chris Bennett, Sawyer Deevers, Johnathan Miller, and Nolan Stetter attended Real Men Sing! at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. 700 students grades 7-adult participated in a collaborative concert after a day of rehearsal.
South Central Conference Vocal Festival
8th/9th Central College Singfest Honor Choir
On Tuesday, October 8, 20 students attended the 8th/9th Singfest Honor Choir at Central College in Pella, IA. The women and men performed pieces alone and then collaborated on three additional songs ending with the combined forces of the A Cappella Choir. Students participated in mini-lessons, ate at the college mess hall, heard a concert in the afternoon, ate at El Charro, and performed in the evening for a large audience. 200 students from 16 schools collaborated for this event.
